beverage consultation
We encourage you to get in touch with some basic details about your event. From there we find it beneficial to have an initial face to face meeting or phone call and follow up emails in the lead up to your party. Two weeks prior to your chosen date, we aim to have arranged cocktail glassware and ice delivery to your address and have knowledge of everything else for your chosen cocktails. We do ask for a deposit to reserve the date. Hosting can be difficult. Leave the hospitality with us!

We encourage you to choose an equal spread of drinks from each category of our cocktail. Cocktails don’t have to be intimidating, and people tend to love to drink what they are familiar with.
However, they say that surprise is the spice of life and if you would like us to design a signature cocktail for your event, please feel free to mention it to us!
impeccable service
We like to arrive at least 90 minutes before your first guest arrives to set up. Our final quote includes the provision of one to three trained mixologists, depending on the size of your celebration, along with dry bar hire, cocktail ingredient and spirit provision. We have the ability to keep a large amount of ice frozen, however we do ask for use of your freezer(s) if possible. We operate in a Co-vid secure manner and PPE is provided to staff. Our service is designed in such a way that after our 3 hour minimum service is over, we will leave you to carry on enjoying your party within 30-45 minutes.
