Host – how will I receive my quotes?
We will send you an email advising that you have received a quote and to login to view.
Host – I’m not happy with the quote?
We’re sorry your quote isn’t what you had in mind. Do speak to the supplier directly, or please login and resubmit your request. We are constantly adding new companies onto our platform and so you may get a different response if you send another quote request.
Host – Will I get a supplier in my area?
Yes – once you submit a request only companies that supply your area will be able to quote.
Host – How do I amend my quote/requirements –
If you have already accepted a quote, then please discuss with your supplier(s). If you have not agreed a quote with any supplier, please log into your account and click on your event. Here you’ll see a button that says ‘edit event’. If you select this button you’ll be able to amend any part of your event from the time, date, location and any selected categories. Please do contact us for any issues or assistance.
What are your terms and conditions?
Please review our terms and conditions but do contact us if you are unsure of anything.
What if I’m not happy and I need to complain?

Host – I’ve not had a response to my quote?
We’ve sorry about that. Could we please ask you to login and resubmit your request.
Host – are there hidden charges?
We don’t charge you a penny to use our service. It’s totally free. We also do not charge our fabulous suppliers commission. This is important because it means you get their best price, nothing gets added on for our service.
Host – How do I know the supplier is reputable? What checks have you done?
We do everything we can to check a supplier is reputable, however we cannot take responsibility for any of the suppliers service or fees. Please do look at the company’s review and always check insurances for any supplier. We’d also advise taking event insurance for those big events in your life.
Host – I need to cancel my event / change event?
If it’s before you’ve accepted a quote from a supplier, please log into your profile, click the on event title you’d like to change. You then click the ‘edit’ button and make any amends you require. Remember to hit save. We’ll then let all suppliers know you’ve made an amend, no matter how small or big.
Should you have already agreed a quote with a supplier, please do discuss this with them directly. We’re sure they’ll be very happy to support any changes. Do always check your cancellation policy with any chosen supplier – this will give you the correct information from them.
How do you store my personal data?
We adhere to all the regulations in protecting your data. Please review our privacy policy.
What do the little crown or star on suppliers and hosts mean?
If you see a Crown watermark applied to the Supplier, it indicates where a supplier has sponsored the content. If you see a Star watermark on a Hosts profile, it means that this is a SuperStar Host who’s used us for fabulous events 10 times or more.
Supplier – I’ve locked myself out of my profile.

For the main rectangular cover image at the top of your supplier display page, the dimensions for best fit are 1200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high. You can use any online editing software to crop your photo or image to this size.
How do I contact the host?
As soon as you’ve sent the quote, you’ll receive an email with their details. We want it to be as easy as possible for you to win the client. This means you can send further information to them, or get in touch and let them know how excited you are to provide a quote for their event. You’ll also be able to find them whenever you log in to view that event.
How can I see all my past event quotes?
When you log into the system, select quotes and you will see a list of previous quotes.
I’m a supplier, how much will it cost me, are their hidden charges?
When we set up Events Made Fabulous, we wanted it to be simple. There are no hidden charges, its either £2 a quote or you can buy one of our bundles for less. That’s it!

We’re sorry you want to leave us! Please email info@eventsmadefabulous.co.uk and we will deal with your request promptly.
Supplier – How do I edit my profile information?
Log into the system and click on edit profile. We really advise you regularly log in and add new photos and information. We do have hosts browsing the site and may get in touch directly. Make sure your profile stands out from the rest with great content.
How do I boost my profile on your website?
Have a look at our advertising solutions – we can offer lots of ways to boost your profile in front of our lovely hosts.
*Please note that advert design is not included in the advertising costs, but we can offer this for a very small fee if you don’t have graphic design capabilities.
